16. Refund policy

If you experience issues getting our products to function correctly, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase. You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase.

17. Licensing

All of our products are distributed under the GPL license, similar to WordPress. For updates and support for premium products, please review the corresponding domain activation limits.

For Unlimited Domain and Agency Activation License purchases, reselling or redistributing the license keys is strictly prohibited. You may use these license keys for your client projects, provided you do not charge the end-user specifically for our license key, and our product is integrated as part of a larger development service that you have wholly or partially delivered to your client.

Paymattic maintains sole ownership and exclusive rights over the license keys, including distribution and resale rights. For purchases of the Unlimited Domain License, you will initially receive a 100-domain activation quota. If you exceed this initial limit, Paymattic will review your list of activated domains and may, at its discretion, increase your quota by an additional 100 domains.

Please note: If Paymattic discovers misuse or abuse related to reselling or redistributing license keys, Paymattic reserves the right to revoke or cancel any affected license keys and terminate the associated license.
