Every year, there’s a time when we pause, gather, and remind ourselves “why we do what we do.” At AuthLab, that time is AuthLab Connect (powered by WPManageNinja).
It’s not just another annual event or a simple date on our calendar; it is where our year truly starts. It’s an event where familiar faces meet fresh ideas, conversations turn into inspiration, and the energy of the year ahead begins to take shape.
At its core, AuthLab Connect is about the growth of individuals, of teams, and of the culture we continue to build together.
It’s one of our company’s most highly anticipated events. It’s a space where we share stories, thoughtful conversations, and moments that remind us how far we’ve come and how much more we can achieve.
So, let’s take a look at the experience of AuthLab Connect 2025, its highlights, and the impact it leaves behind.
Moments that brought us closer
You may wonder why this Connect happens. It happens because 1.4M small businesses rely on us every single day. That’s not just a massive stat; it’s a massive responsibility as well.
When someone installs any of our products, such as Fluent Forms, FluentCRM, Paymattic, WP Social Ninja, or FluentCart, they’re trusting us with part of their business.
Maybe it’s how they collect leads and accept payments. Maybe it’s how they manage customer relationships. Maybe it’s their entire e-commerce setup with FluentCart. Either way, when our stuff breaks, their business takes a hit.
That’s why Connect exists. It’s our chance to step back, bring everyone together, developers, marketers, support engineers, designers, everyone, and actually talk about where we’re going and how we’re getting there.
Event details: Venue and schedule

This year, the program was a two-day event from January 16th to 17th, 2026. We went to Dusai Spa and Resort in Moulvibazar, Sylhet, Bangladesh, a place surrounded by natural beauty.
The journey itself felt like the beginning of something special. We all gathered at the AuthLab premises at 10:00 AM, buses ready, and everyone was excited. At least 50 members took their bikes and enjoyed the ride to the resort.
By 12:30 pm, we’d arrived at the resort and were warmly greeted by the resort staff with welcome drinks.
Day 1: The conference day

After checking in and enjoying the buffet lunch, there was a brief moment to settle into our rooms and shake off the travel. We also spent some time exploring the resort. But soon enough, it was time to shift gears.
As the evening approached, everyone changed into formal attire to be a part of the official team photo, and you could feel the atmosphere changing, too, from vacation mode to purpose mode.
We gathered in the conference hall, ready for what would turn out to be one of the most meaningful days of the year.
Main event: Leadership message from the CEO

The main event of AuthLab Connect took place in the conference hall of Dusai Resort and Spa.
Our founder and CEO, Md. Shahjahan Jewel took the microphone, and the room went quiet. This wasn’t a typical corporate speech, presentation, or slideshow; it was the session that shaped how we move forward as one organization.
He started by walking us through the previous year, highlighting key achievements, learnings, and milestones. Not just the wins, he also talked about the struggles, the pivots, the moments when things didn’t go as planned.
Then he shifted to the future. Where AuthLab is heading, what we’re building toward, and why it matters.
A significant part of the discussion focused on the evolving market landscape, particularly the rapid acceleration of competitors through AI. His message wasn’t about fear, though; it was about staying sharp, staying curious, and being willing to adapt.
He emphasized that we need to become a more dynamic organization. Not in a buzzword way, but in a real, practical sense.
That means empowering people to take ownership, removing unnecessary bottlenecks, and constantly asking ourselves: “Are we making things easier for our users?” Are we actually solving their problems?
He made the focus clear: build fast, effective, and reliable products that help small businesses to scale.
Are we helping Small Businesses?
One of the most powerful moments of the CEO’s speech came when he asked a simple yet profound question to the entire team: “Does what we’re doing, or what we plan to implement in the future, actually help small businesses?”
This question became the lens through which we evaluate every decision we make. It’s not about building features that look impressive on paper or chasing trends that create short-term hype. It’s about creating real, meaningful value for the people who trust us with their businesses.
Small businesses are the backbone of our community. They don’t have massive budgets or big IT teams. They’re the ones who take risks, work tirelessly, and depend on tools that genuinely make their lives easier, not more complicated.
Our CEO reminded us that every feature we build, every product we launch, and every strategy we implement should pass this test: Does it help a small business grow, save time, or operate more efficiently?
“If a product or feature doesn’t make life easier for small businesses, we rethink it.”
This isn’t just a philosophical statement. It’s a commitment.
He made it clear that we’re not here to build products for the sake of innovation. We’re here to build solutions that empower small businesses to compete, thrive, and succeed in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
If the answer to that question is “yes,” we move forward. If it’s “no,” we rethink our approach. It’s that simple, and that important.
Revisiting achievements and milestones

2025 was a remarkable year across all products of Authlab. Each of these products is supported by dedicated development, marketing, and support teams who own their roadmap end-to-end and achieved many milestones this year.
- Fluent Forms crossed 600,000+ active installations
- FluentCRM grew to 70,000+ active installations
- WP Social Ninja reached 30,000+ active installations
- Paymattic has also reached 4000+ active installations
And we’ve launched our most exciting product, FluentCart, this year, and it’s already growing over 3000 active installations.
Additionally, Authlab’s products have touched 1.4M active installations this year, with over 90% of reviews on WordPress.org giving 5 stars.
Beyond installation, our several plugins earned industry recognition, winning the WPAwards 2025 across different categories.
Recognizing excellence: Awards and appreciation

AuthLab Connect 2025 was not only about coming together and sharing insights, but it was also about celebrations. At AuthLab, we celebrate the effort, consistency, and dedication of individuals and teams.
Throughout the event, team members were recognized for their contributions.
The individual award categories were structured as follows:
- Noteworthy Contributors from each department (Development, Marketing, Motion Graphics, and Support).
- Outstanding Contributors from each department (Development, Marketing, Motion Graphics, and Support).
- Outstanding Organizer Award, recognizing individuals who successfully organized multiple programs and events throughout the year.
- HR Special Award for punctuality.
Besides individual awards, we also celebrated collective efforts and achievements.
- Outstanding Product Team: FluentCart
- Outstanding Development Team: FluentCart
- Outstanding Marketing Team: Fluent Forms
- Outstanding Product Launch: FluentCart
Together, these awards reflect AuthLab’s commitment to recognizing excellence, teamwork, and dedication across the organization. They reinforce our belief that sustainable growth comes from consistent execution and strong ownership.
Honoring long-term dedication

There’s a special tradition at AuthLab. When employees hit five years with the company, AuthLab doesn’t just give them a plaque or a handshake. We give them something they’ll actually use and appreciate.
This year, five team members reached that milestone. Five years of showing up, contributing, learning, and growing with us. To honor their loyalty and dedication, each of them was presented with the iPhone 17 Pro Max as a token of appreciation.
The looks on their faces said it all. It wasn’t just about the gift; it was about being seen, being valued, and knowing that their years here have meant something.
A shared success: Profit distribution

And then came the final moment of the conference day, profit sharing.
At AuthLab, we genuinely believe that when the company does well, everyone should benefit. Not just the executives. Not just the shareholders, but everyone who contributed to that success.
So the authority distributed profit shares to every single employee. The smiles, the excitement, the sense of “we did this together”, that’s what makes this tradition so powerful.
After the distribution, we headed to dinner. But no one was in a rush to leave. Conversations stretched late into the night, people laughing and swapping stories.
Day 2: The cultural day
If Day 1 was about vision and reflection, Day 2 was pure joy. The morning started slow and easy, waking up to birdsong and hill views, the kind of peaceful start you don’t get back in the city.
Team photoshoot

After breakfast, everyone changed into their official AuthLab sweatshirts for the team photoshoot. We spread out across the resort grounds; teams posing together, departments gathering for group shots, spontaneous candids being snapped left and right.
It’s funny how a simple photoshoot can turn into something so memorable. People were genuinely happy, relaxed, and laughing.
Team activities and fun games
Then came the games. And let me tell you, people got competitive.
We had marble races, pillow fights, AuthLab trivia quizzes, Dumb Charades, basically every game that brings out the kid in you. Some people went all-in with game faces on. Others were just there for the laughs (and the prizes for the winners didn’t hurt either).
Meanwhile, a few folks opted for the pool instead, lounging in the sun and enjoying the slower pace.
Cultural functions

Here comes the most awaited event of this day. The cultural show was the highlight of the evening. We’ve got our own singers, dancers, and musicians who made this evening so memorable.
The evening started with celebrating the annual inter-departmental football tournament. This year, the Marketing Team dominated, won the tournament, and lifted the trophy.
Then it’s all about dance performances by individuals and teams, solo singing, and heartfelt instrumental performances.
The event ended on the highest note possible. Our Head of Support grabbed the mic and brought the house down with an energetic performance, with a marketer playing mobile drums and a developer on guitar.
Overall, AuthLab’s cultural night was a wonderful occasion to celebrate diversity and create unforgettable memories for everyone involved.
Foods and the ambiance

Let’s talk about the food and the ambiance of Dusai for a second. Three buffet meals a day, each one packed with variety and flavor. The desserts? Absolutely worth the extra trip to the buffet table.
But beyond the food, it was the whole setting. Dusai Resort is tucked into nature in a way that just clears your head. Fresh air, greenery everywhere, the mind refreshing music all over the resort, and natural sounds of the hills around you.
The atmosphere encouraged everyone to slow down, breathe, and truly enjoy the moment.
AuthLabs vision for 2026
AuthLab Connect 2025 wasn’t just about looking back. It was about setting the course forward.
Coming out of those two days, we have a clearer picture of where we’re headed in 2026. Not vague goals or wishful thinking, actual priorities that shape how we work and what we build.
Our strategic focus for 2026:
- Build a connected ecosystem – Make our products work together seamlessly, so businesses don’t need to juggle multiple platforms.
- Implement practical AI – Add smart features that solve real problems, not gimmicky AI just for the sake of it.
- Grow with small businesses – Every update, every feature has to help our users actually grow their business.
- Strengthen team collaboration – Keep breaking down silos between departments.
More than the strategy sessions or the awards or even the profit sharing, Connect reminded us what we’re building toward. It’s not just about hitting revenue targets or installation numbers. It’s about the impact those numbers represent, the businesses we’re helping, the problems we’re solving, and the trust people put in us so our users can move faster, scale confidently, and focus on what matters most: their business.
We checked out from Dusai at 12:00 PM and safely returned home by 2:00 PM on January 18, 2026, concluding a memorable and valuable experience.
Wrapping up
AuthLab Connect isn’t just two days away from work. It’s a reset button for us and a reminder of what we’re building together.
It’s where we set our intentions for the year, celebrate the wins from the last one, and strengthen the bonds that make AuthLab more than just a company.
We walked away from AuthLab Connect 2025 with clearer goals, renewed energy, and a deeper commitment to the work we do. To build tools that matter. To serve the small businesses that trust us. To create something that lasts.
Here’s to another year of growth, collaboration, and impact.
