We are going to show the integration process, so without further ado, let’s learn how to integrate FluentCommunity with Paymattic.

Install and activate Paymattic Pro

  • First and foremost, you need the Paymattic WordPress plugin to integrate FluentCommunity. Go to Plugins → Add New from your WordPress dashboard and search for Paymattic. Install the plugin and then activate it.

If you have already installed Paymattic then skip the step. FluentCommunity integration is a premium feature of Paymattic. Upgrade to the Paymattic Pro to avail this feature.

Connecting Paymattic with FluentCommunity

  • To set up this integration, you need to install and activate FluentCommunity Pro. Click here to see the installation process.
  • Then go to the FluentCommunity settings page from the left sidebar. Click on the Active Paymattic button to set up Paymattic plugin with FluentCommunity.

  • Now, click the View Settings button, and it redirects you to the Paymattic Dashboard.

Enable FluentCommunity module in Paymattic

Now, you need to enable the FluentCommunity module in the Paymattic plugin. To do so –

  • Go to Paymattic Pro → Integrations from the WordPress dashboard.
  • Scroll down a little and toggle on the FluentCommunity module.

Create a Payment form

You have successfully integrated FluentCommunity with Paymattic. Now, you have to create a form to connect FluentCommunity with Paymattic to manage financial transactions directly on your WordPress site.

Follow the steps to create a form with the Paymattic Pro plugin.

  • Go to Paymattic Pro → Add New Form in the WordPress dashboard.
  • Select any Template or Blank Form to start a fresh form.
  • For demonstration purposes, we are selecting a Blank Form.
  • Add your desired fields such as Name, Email, Phone Number, Payment item, and any payment method to collect payment from customers.
  • At last, click on the Save button to save the form.

Create FluentCommunity feed

Now, create FluentCommunity feed.

  • Go to Paymattic Pro → All Forms and find the form you created.
  • Select the form and click on the Settings link.
  • Press the Integrations option on the top bar.
  • Now, you will be landed on the integration feed page.
  • Press the Create New Integration button and select FluentCommunity Integration.

  • Now the FluentCommunity Integration Feed page will open up.
  • Give this feed a name and select the spaces and courses you want to add your members after form submission.
  • Then fill up other requirements and toggle on the settings option provided below on the feed.
  • You can enable the conditional logic for sending notifications to the users by checking the boxes.
  • Finally, check the Enable this feed button and press the Create FluentCommunity Feed button.

  • Now you will see that your FluentCommunity Integration Feed has been added here.

You can change/update your FluentCommunity Feed anytime or delete it and create a new one. You can disable or enable this feed anytime by clicking the Toggle button.

Publish form on your site

Now copy the shortcode of your FluentCommunity form and paste it on your site. Suppose I pasted the ShortCode to the default Paymattic Dashboard Page. The form may look like this.
